Our Tour

Why do we need cycling? People are sometimes busy with work and families and have no time to enjoy the moment of nature that is around you. Cycling is one of the activities that you can select while you are on holiday, especially holiday with Eco-Tours. Cycling is one of the ecotourism activities because it is a great way for tourists to explore nature and the environment in the communities and forest nearby. It is a nice experience that some tourists don’t have for a long time. It is not only found when we cycle in a big group but it also gives us a thought of something that we need time to do and we never have it.

Ox-Cart ride is a traditional transportation since King Jayavarama VII. The Khmer ox cart is made from wood. The card can measure up to four meters long and 1.73 meters wide. It is set on two 16-spoked wooden wheels, 1.24 meters high. Some provinces in Cambodia still conserve the Khmer ox card and promote awareness of it by holding Khmer ox-card racing as part of special ceremonies during the Khmer New Year. This traditional transportation is hardly found, however, in the communities. So, we have a limited amount to serve for tourists. It is a nice experience for both local and international tourists.

In addition to cycling and ox cart activities, Kamboo Ecotourist also has activities where guests can track in the forest to reach the 32-meter bridge, which overlooks the entire jungle. Tracking in the forest is an activity that makes us more energetic with nature, wild fruits, sounds of animals, and fresh air.

Along the way in the forest, there are places to sit and relax where tourists can take photos without making us feel tired, especially taking beautiful pictures of nature. This activity is the best choice for those who want to explore or challenge themself.

Donate your skills

Let’s face it, nonprofits are running on limited budgets and have limited resources. There are some luxuries nonprofits or community organizations simply cannot afford. If you have a special skill set, consider using it to help an organization. It is a kind of donation but you donate your skill by teaching people the organization serves about your skill. Host monthly, quarterly, or annual classes: it can be as simple or involved as you like using one or a few of these ideas!

Community service ideas offering skilled volunteer opportunities
