About Us

Kamboo Project is a local NGO, registered with the Ministry of Interior; we are based in Siem Reap and are operated solely by Cambodians. We support vulnerable primary school learners by improving the defunct learning facilities. Our target area of Prasat Bakong, 50 kms east of Siem Reap, our main activities are to alleviate the following problems: -rural villages and communities have little or no water and sanitation infrastructure; insufficient ablution facilities at schools prevent hygiene practices, especially disadvantageous for pubescent female learners, resulting in high dropout rates.

Cambodians work together to meet the basic needs of children.

We combine donations and volunteer work with a dedicated team in Cambodia to enable children to learn in a safe environment. We leverage our extensive knowledge of local needs and build effective collaboration with teachers, parents and communities to make a lasting impact.

We want to provide services that impact the community and children for people looking for a return impact during their travel.

Connect both problem together: Social Problem and People Problem

We hope that this business would help generate some fund to help children and the communities we are serving at the target area.
